How well does the loop work with an old Marshall?

Perfect. And with the added functions it offers it'll allow you to add the extra bottom end it's missing. It's a killer piece.

I frequently gig with mine and use various amps I keep the depth control at or around 12'oclock and the presence and the switches are usually warm and flat it has plenty of punch the loop is fantastic!

IIRC, they're $600 new. Last I checked their site, they were out of stock and building more. I'll be interested when there are enough of them out there that they're easy to find used. I fondled one at NAMM and it was just too big and heavy for me at that price point.
