I did not like the mix. The 1265 didn't seem to add anything and just didn't sound as good as two CL80's. So I probably wouldn't mix an MC90 with a 1265 or ET-65.
So either MC90+V30 or two MC90's or two ET-65's, right?
I've got my Road King 4x12 loaded with ET-65s and V30s. I'll mix and match the individual sides of the cab with a 2x12 loaded with MC90s. I don't think the ET-65s can hang with either of the other speakers. They add some low end with the V30s, but otherwise get lost. You don't even hear them with the MC90s. The MC90s and V30s sound great together though.
By themselves though, I do like the ET-65s a lot. They're the only WGS speaker I've held on to and I've had a lot of them in my cabs (reapers, Vet 30s, retro 30s, green berets).
