I saw today that California has spend 24 Billion on the homeless problem. I was curious how many homeless people are in California.
It's estimated to be 187,000. If you divided 24 billion by 187K you get $128,342 dollars. You could buy a lot of blue tents and meth for that.
 
Biggest beneficiaries of welfare type shit are bureaucrats and the systems that administer and get paid by the spending IE hospitals, contractors that service places used in some form by these programs.
 
You can't fix problems with money if the government is involved. Zuckerberg gave 100 million to his home state of New Jersey and almost all that money went to "consultants" and government workers.

California has to collapse and hit rock bottom before it ever has a chance of becoming what it once was.
