I’ll take high vs. drunk, though I’m an occasional social drinker. At this point in my life it takes almost nothing to give at least a borderline hangover, and I don’t need that discomfort in my life. The only thing I have to worry about with cannabis is eating too much.

I’d like to say I’ve been making the most out of my time over the years, doing good in the world and being productive, but I’m nothing if not honest so I won’t.

Yes and YeSS!!! Getting drunk =2 Getting high =2 but both together = 17 it's another world but, is it a good thing for you? or secretly evil to wipe you out?

I started out just getting high when I was 17. I think I was the last in my circle of friends to try it, but by that time everyone else was drinking and doing acid, qualudes, speed, angel dust and all that. Slowly I tried different things and ended up at a point where it was too much too fast and needed rescued from that mess. ?

Everything was peachy for several years until I busted my knee up racing dirt bikes, lost my girl and was crutchin around sort of depressed. I started jamming with a band and part of the practice sessions was drinking, so I thought oh well, what can it hurt? Well it got to be an every weekend thing and then add some good potent weed and it was pretty heavy.

So long story even longer, I put myself at risk being so bombed out of my mind and just getting home alive was pure luck, but once I woke up and vomited in my bed... didn't even know it, I could have easily choked to death. I knew it was a bad deal and I was getting ripped off from my normal good life. Partying Friday nights only turned into Friday and Saturday nights, then it turned into Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons. I started hating my life, I called God back up and asked if he would rescue me again, and he did! I figured he would have blocked my number by then, but he is faithful and he came through for me!

You are given this life to live, so don't screw it up to the point where you're in trouble and can't get out.
