Gibson R guys....help please.

Any reason this is NOT an R9 that you can spot? I know the pics are lame but this is all I have for the moment....waiting for the owner to get back to me. Anything jump out at you?

Which year ri is it? From the tailpiece position it should be pre-2013. The left side of the bridge looks a bit funky in the first photo. Are there any other photos?

Should be a 2012. No more photos, man. That's all I've got. I was thinking the bridge looked a little weird too.

I think the first pic has a weird reflection on the bridge, dunno.

I assumed the R's came with a pickguard mounted and I see no screw hole.

Have to see a close up pictures of the front and back of the headstock to be sure but on those pictures I don't think its a R9 myself. Better pictures of headstock logo placement, serial number and inlays will tell the answer

Still nothing from the seller. Starting to think it's some kind of email phishing scam or something...I had visions of a sick flip and a pile of cash for a custom guitar, but ah well lol.

Yeah, I would think someone selling a R9 would be pretty prompt about returning emails, oh well, move on, plenty out there!!
