Didn't find one so lets start one. A spot for members to pimp upcoming shows, who knows maybe one of all y'all will make it?

Lets see what everyone is running through at these shows as well, post up those gear porn stage shots

I'll go first.... Our PDX band The Radio Riots is playing the Ilani Casino in Ridgefield, WA. this Saturday night 10/11/25 in the Rock & Brews Club (the Gene Simmons / Paul Stanley version of the Hard Rock Cafe) Free show, 9pm - 1am

My buddy was driving by and pulled over and snapped this shot of the marquee today, its on!

Yo! I play a fair amount, but not at cool places. LOL. And I don't have cool "flyers" either.

What do you guys think about starting a thread showing pics of our rigs at gigs? TGP used to have a long running one and I always really liked that. Alot of us posted the same rigs over and over at different places, but I still thought it was cool to see the live setups.

Any interest in that?

EDIT - The thread can feel like a "I gig and you don't" taunt, but it is what it is I guess.

I don't gig and not qualified to do so but I love threads like this and I love supporting others in the same community. R-T is pretty tight yet open to new folks joining and mingling - something I always appreciated.

We had a thread like this one a year or so ago and it fizzled. Hopefully this will keep going. Maybe combine your idea @SgtThump into this one @* velcro-fly * as it will help to keep the thread bumped periodically. We all love looking at rigs right?

Hahah hell yeah, you've been at it for many many years, playing both bass and guitar if I remember correctly? Yeah the social media age has ramped up the "cool" visuals for sure. Ilani / Rock & Brews is a tough room to get into, they run National acts on the same stage and its relatively high(er) profile at least for this area. I would never taunt somebody on an "I gig and you don't" basis, but we worked hard to get there, gig constantly and will take this as a nice reward even if casino gigs can be glorified background music. @Jdub has seen us a time or two, knows the work we've put in. Playing live may not be for everyone and you'll quickly figure out if its something you really want to to. I encourage everyone to take a shot at it.

That said, yeah @SgtThump how bout a stickied post "Gigs & Rigs"? combine the both?

Congrats on the awesome gig! I've played some cool places, but mostly not. LOL

I think that's a great idea on the "Gigs & Rigs" thread. I love seeing rigs setup ready to go. :)

Thanks and haha yeah for sure there's been a healthy dose of not cool places in there too.....

I'm going to just change the header in this thread here to "Gigs and Rigs" and keep it running

Love it! I’ll be back to post my rig setup in a few hours

I would totally go to a place calle Wallys House of Booze!

It's a great venue, we play there once a month or so - the promoter is really fair with pay, and it always has decent crowds, so there are some pretty large bands that come through

It's original bands only, though he does all sorts of genres - its mostly punk, but there is alternative, metal, indie, rap, everything. They just group the bands up with other bands that are vaguely similar genrewise usually

The actual bar is great - they have super cheap beer and cocktail specials. Normally there are 5-10 different shots on sale for between 3-8$ a pop, and draft beer is like 5$ for a 32oz.

I’ve been using this for the past 8-10 gigs. Mark VII head, open back 1x12, closed back Thiele 1x12.

Guitars change, but PRS Cu24 and LP Jr tonight.

Classic rock and country covers.
