For outdoor summer gigs bring your own water. Always bring a towel. Stretch out and retune your strings before you get to the gig and check your tuning again before you take the stage. Bring extra fuses and tubes. Bring an outlet tester and use it before you plug your gear in. Nothing like playing a dive bar and plugging into an outlet with a hot ground and then having the club manager come up and say "Oh yeah, do not use the outlets in the back". Okay, thanks for the timely instructions dude!!!
