Dave's was actually not bad, but this is just one test from one batch.

I am sure it would vary quite a bit.

If you're putting packaged sandwich meat on your sliced bread I'd worry more about the chemicals, steroids, hormones, and sodium in that. Glyphosate is a big deal in the US because The Plaintiff's Bar has discovered it to be a wonderful cash-cow since the Monsanto ruling. In no other country on earth have the resident "Experts and Scientists" found Glyphosate to cause health problems, and it's not for lack of trying to.

Amazing how much crap is in our food these days. Seems like the best option is fresh baked bread from a decent bakery
Better but they buy the same flour from the same place with the glyphosate in it.

Make your own bread, it's not rocket science.

Most countries don't allow monsanto products in their country.

During the big monsanto lawsuit, it was revealed monsanto knew that glyphosate caused cancer in the labs as early as 1981.

Don't get me started on atrazine, which is just as widely used as glyphosate and just as unhealthy.

Yes, but do understand that we all can buy flour that is non GMO and pesticide herbicide free,

it's just more expensive and not as easy to work with.

There is a reason the French population has been much healthier than Americans.

Why would you assume the flour used in a bakery wouldn't have the same trace amounts of Glyphosate? Flour is a commodity.
I didn't read the article, just assumed it was an additive like preservatives. But I just mean in general, bread from a good bakery is usually going to be better than brand name grocery store bread

I actually buy bread from my mom lol. She makes a lot of sourdough, and sometimes makes a loaf for me when she's making a batch.

Ah.... So Glyphosate is the fancy name for "Round-Up". It's in everything you eat.

Right, so when the doctor says he doesn't know why you got cancer, he's lying to you.

There is an easy way to minimize the amount of glyphosate and atrazine, don't buy products that use them.

Being the King of being poisoned (you wouldn't believe how many things I've copped), I was of course poisoned by the stuff.

Happened about 10 years ago. The thin rubber gloves I used for spraying a strong mixture I made up turned out to be permeable when I thought they were waterproof.

I wondered why my hands felt wet all afternoon but put it down to the substance's having some unusual effect due to unique evaporative properties or whatever. Of course it was the equivalent of dipping my hands into a super-strong solution for several hours.

I can't remember now what the effects were 'cause I've had so many poisonings that the symptoms have merged into a blur, but I do remember feeling lousy for 3 days or so and taking about a week to normalise.

I'm guessing that the reason it's in food is 'cause peeps don't comply with the proper withholding period and if that's the case, you can guess why - quicker turnaround / turnover.

Due to it's small molecular structure, it seeps in very well. One of the reasons it's so effective.

It's also so used as a desiccant to help speed up harvesting. Somehow it's ok to eat the wheat after it's soaked in glyphoste.

Great to know it soaked in very-well over those few hours.

No wonder I was fucked afterwards.
