good "demo" songs

give me some ideas for good demo songs in all tunings, by good i mean songs that are relatively easy to play that cover all the grounds like single notes, power chords, palm muting, chugs... just good songs that showcase an amp. this creed song i think covers most of that ground, give me some other ideas so i dont sit here endlessly pondering what to record
