Using a Zendrive as my main OD, but I need a second OD that will stack well with it. I'm currently using an Analogman SD9 and it sounds good, but it's not IT. Any suggestions??? thanks

You could go with a fuzz pedal for starters. I find that stacking a Fuzz Face type circuit with almost any good od sounds great. Or here's a great example of the Fuzztool with a Zendrive

If you want an overdrive to pair with it, I haven't found anything better than the Xotic BB+ for stacking. The Blue channel is one of the best clean boosts for hitting another pedal with that I've heard, or you can crank the gain up and it sounds equally great.

I typically stack a maxon od808 with my zen drive. I set the maxon up as a boost and place it before the zen drive.

I always used my Zendrives as the lead pedal.
My main od's when using the Zendrives were either an Xotic BB Preamp or a Fulldrive II MOSFET.
Great tones that way.
I found the Zendrive too narrow for a main crunch tone but for leads it cuts like a knife. You will never be lost in a mix.

Zendrive, my always on the board for years pedal! I find the Zen has a pretty unique voice and character (D-word) so I dont like to stack something with it, usually just boost into it, RC Booster works fine, TS types set for boost work fine, my favorite is a Klon.
