Did you see that video recently of the woman/customer who used the name "Charlie Kirk" and when they didnt call out the name and just delivered her the drink she lost her mind?
I felt bad for that poor girl working the counter.
Woman filming the whole thing like shes doing good.

I used to hate on Starbucks but the odds of getting some coffee that tastes something like coffee these days from anything from gas stations to McDonalds to small indie ones are really low if you are traveling or don't know specific places that make ok coffee...Starbucks is at least consistent in producing shit that actually tastes like coffee.

I have a Saeco Italian made coffee machine that grinds the beans and you adjust the level of taste and everything else you want. Once you drink real coffee like this anything else is a wate of money in my opinion. Yes, one in the morning is normally enough but in winter I might have 2 for the day.

I probably have 4 or 5 cups a day. It’s usually office coffee during the day and I’ll make a pot when I get home.
But on the weekends if we are hanging out in town we will hit up a coffee joint for some iced coffee.

But the point was even in areas largely unaffected by chain stores, the coffee is still shitty and expensive. It’s not unique to Starbucks
