Jordan in his prime couldn't hang against today's players.

You really don't mean that do you? Regardless though, I think there were others players close to Jordan. Russell won 10 NBA crowns, Jordan won 6. Kareem is the all time scoring leader. But I think Wilt Chamberlain was the most dominant basketball player ever.
That's the dumbest thing that anybody has ever said on the internet...no contest.squank":2rvueb26 said:Jordan in his prime couldn't hang against today's players.
I'm sure if you tried, even just a little bit, you could find something on the internet that bothers you more.rupe":1mefbaee said:That's the dumbest thing that anybody has ever said on the internet...no contest.squank":1mefbaee said:Jordan in his prime couldn't hang against today's players.

Pro basketball players have been getting noticeably better over the past 30 years. Guys like Jordan and Wilt played above their competition, but wouldn't compared to today's players. Lebron would dominate Kareem. Wilt wouldn't stand out. And Micheal Jordan would still be as graceful and a great player, but wouldn't stand out today like he did 20 years ago.
Hockey players have more fully developed into what is likely the top of their particular game. And Gretzy still shines as someone who will likely never be seen again.
