The modded Rat I did for the RT forumites but with different graphics - has added presence control ... and three different clipping diode options ( stock silicon , LED and germanium mixed with transistor ) 135.00 In stock
Spaceman Equinox clone ( Pullman/Pulteq rack EQ in a pedal format ) 150.00 available to order 3-4 week wait time
Scythe ( VFE Focus Clone ) 150.00 In Stock
Super Dupah Drive = 150.00 In stock
This is a Swiss Army Knife of a SuperDrive ..... it's my stock rendition of the SD-1 with two rotary pots ( Freq and Clip )
the Freq switch lets you tighten or broaden ( fatten or thin out ) the bandwidth of the clipping ... very useful for the guys that love the Sd-1 but have issues with Bass frequencies with certain amps or the guy that plays a Strat and wants the Sd-1 a little thicker ...
the middle position is stock ......you have two options below and above stock that will go thicker or thinner
The Clipping Switch changes the diode clipping type and configuration ... you have 5 options
stock silicon asymmetrical
silicon symmetrical
combo of transistor and LED in a asymmetrical setup
LED's in a symmetrical setup
a different type of silicon diode ( BAT42's ) in asymmtrical setup
Here is the problem. I already have the superdrive, which is a great fucking pedal. Top 2 boost I have ever used (other top 2 is your chiron, which is the only boost currently on my board).
Even having the pedal already, i find myself almost pulling the trigger on this black on black!

Fine. I will take one of the Super Drives. Have bought from you before, but I don't remember where I sent the cash. Message me the info and I will get the payment out this morning.
I had a made in japan 80's model sd-1. Was yhe best boost i had ever used, but noisy as fuck. The superdrive from griffin was way quieter and even better sounding. It is a no brainer for a marshall circuit amp
I have one of these. The noise floor is so low, it's unbelievable. I don't think you will be disappointed. Looking forward to reading the comparison thread.

I have an SD-1 that I like a lot but hate the way it looks. This looks a lot better and hopefully sounds a lot better too! Now need a blackout Chiron to replace my DemonFX Klone which I also like a lot

If you have one of the RT ones ..... those are the ones I started using the Vishay Box films in ....... they have a little more clarity to them then the Kemets and Wima's I had been using ....
I like them so much ...... I'm using them pretty much in all my newer builds .
