Looks like the Korean made quilt top. They made them in that color, red, and blue. It's legit, but they're smoking Crack to come up with that price. Just a case of GC dipshits being clueless on what they have, or what it's worth. Maybe an $800 guitar.. MAYBE, if it's super clean. They were $600 used all day long back in the day.. They were also made from 2002 to 2004, not 90's. That's a 2004.
