Does anyone have a mic stand that mounts on your board? if so, where did you get it or did you make the base yourself?

I run a talkbox and have a dual mic clip for the stand, problem is, once the mic's are in its very top heavy and with the distance I have to extend it over my pedalboard, it likes to be very tippy....and tape doesnt stick to bar floors, at least not around here....

This...

Make sure the bottom of the pedalboard is at least 1/2" thick plywood to handle it.
All parts are from the plumbing section at Home Depot (cost around $15.00)
I cut down a metal mic stand for it and it even packs away in the case.
Drill and tap for a screw to secure the mic stand. Used t-nuts and bolts to fasten the flange.

^ I have thought of doing that many times, but never done it. It sure is tight with a monitor, 36" NYC pedalboard and a tripod mic. I get it to fit, but its tight. I recently switched to the round heavy base type mic stands, but have wanted to try this pedalboard option for a while now....

Nice!
I dig quick setups and teardowns..

I have three pedal boards with a built in mic stand now.
- All separate pedals...(the big pig, about 15 pedals...stays home, too complicated for live gigging)
- Nova System pedal board (small board with the Nova System, a Budda wah pedal and an X2 wireless receiver...my go to rig)
- Tonelab pedal board (smaller than pic above...just a Tonelab LE and that's all for small gigs)
