I always liked that they will (or at least would) essentially build whatever the hell you wanted no matter how crazy it was
Judging from the stuff I've seen on the internet the quality of them is inconsistent.
I do have a friend who ordered a custom fretless semi-hollow Skatecaster-esque guitar from them and it came out great

Don’t have any experience with them as they are a newer brand to me. Recently saw Demon Hunter and they were hsing Halo’s 95% of the set (which was a really long set). They do look cool and the options are very extensive. Fun to just goof around on their website building them. Everything seemed to stay in tune all night and I believe their models have evertunes. No fiddling around tuning just occasionally swapping so everything stayed really tight show wise. Secondhand they seem like a steal compared to the CS pricing. Hope this helps a little!
