Happy Father's day weekend.

So far I’ve gone in to work to troubleshoot a BMS issue, replaced the fuel pump in my wife’s car, and now I’m drinking some bourbon.
Overall not a bad day

I got a bunch of cards and some clothes and stuff, then went to play tennis. Gonna do a little yard work then play a combination of football/basketball/soccer/swimming with the boys then grill out some steaks. Haven’t made up my mind if I want a filet, or grass fed ribeye or grass fed strip. Might have a shot of espresso after dinner then run some routes with the boys dressed up in their tackle gear to get ready for the 20 hour mandatory conditioning.

I went golfing this morning and shot an eagle (with my camera)

Yard is done.

I had the grass fed, hope he had a nice peaceful life, and died in his sleep on a nice soft bed of hay one. They split the rushed to market grain finished bullet to the head while making eye contact one. Well, I actually had a little bit of both.

And now a little something to keep me going...

No I hear I have until they're about 13 they they'll want nothing to do with us.
If they want nothing to do with you for the rest of their lives from that point on it means you raised them properly.

Mom would let them live here for the rest of their lives, or they're gonna live right down the road and she's gonna go over there every day and make them breakfast and make sure they have clean clothes. So they're raising her right!

Looks tasty. If you want as much nutrition as possible from grass fed you need to get grass finished now too and not just grass fed.

Yep, that’s right. Most store bought “grass fed” is grain finished. We have a few stores here that sell the real deal and honestly I have to cook it differently. The fats are different and don’t travel in the Maillard reaction process the same so I actually flip the grass fed at the time if typically 45 degree the grain fed. So I turn them flip a grain once, but flip a grass fed three times.
