Yeah, I was concerned it'd lose some of that Les Paul massiveness.....but when I compared it to the others, it actually sounded a bit deeper in tone. It didn't lose any of that traditional Les Paul tone! I walked in wanting a newer Classic or Traditional Pro II....walked out with a Floyd Trad Pro II I'm ok with that. Especially since they were on clearance! Also, apparently they didn't make many of these. This is in the "Merlot" finish.

The EBMM is much harder to photograph. That guitar is gorgeous in person, and under stage lights.

I used to not like Floyd's on Les Pauls - but they're growing on me. Nice looking guitar
