Hardwire pedals vs TC Electronics pedals?

Yes it is an awesome pedal, the tape setting is especially good and the one I use the vast majority of the time but as I found out again the other day most of the other delay type settings are good as well.

That and they can be found all day long for $80 $90 used on guitar center used gear online.
 
I think both delays are great. If you are just playing rock then the DL8 is great. If you play a variety of music and need different types of delays sub-divisions I.e. U2 types stuff then the flashback I think is more versatile. Either way you can't go wrong.
