Have a mortgage / need a mortgage?

I think we can all agree that charging people more for the same service because they have history of paying back loans is stupid. Ultrawealthy people will just create LLCs or use their 18 year old with no credit history to circumvent any chance this has of being paid by anyone richer than the middle class.

The article is gone. But I looked this up.

This only applies to home loans backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Like first time buyers.

If you're old farts like us, and have refinanced at least once, or never had a FHA this shit does not apply.

Hey there! I've had my fair share of experiences with mortgages, so I thought I'd chime in. If you already have a mortgage, it's essential to stay on top of your payments and consider refinancing if it makes sense for your financial situation. On the other hand, if you're in the market for a mortgage, it's wise to explore different lenders and loan options to find the best fit for you.

Reverse mortgages are the best!

Homeless? Bad credit? No credit? Talk to your doctor and see if a mortgage is right for you.

... and if you're a cookie-cutter bot in Rig Talk it's wise to explore other forums. Any forums; just not this one.

Happy forum-surfing, Mr. Bot. :banhim::gethim:

Thanks for sharing this information. It's definitely an interesting development in the mortgage landscape. While it may make borrowing more expensive for those with good credit scores, probably, that it's designed to promote inclusivity in the housing market. Change can be a mixed bag, but let's hope it ultimately benefits everyone.

I'd rather not pay for it; most of us already pay taxes for our ruling parasites to waste, launder and send to foreign countries. Just look at the US defense budget, greater than the next 5 countries' defense budgets combined.

Imagine if the billions of taxpayer dollars sent to Ukraine alone were used for homelessness, universal healthcare, education, border security, etc.,

Say what you will about China, but what they did to nearly eradicate poverty (those living below the UN defined poverty level) worked, and is working.

Please respond to this to show you aren't a bot or you will be forced to walk the plank.

Better than renting for sure but I own my home outright
I think it’s popular to burn your mortgage as celebration but I went the opposite route; when my mortgage payoff check came back (when banks returned cancelled checks ) I framed it.
Joe Hood, Robin’s brother will continue down his idiotic path regardless of one defeat after another.
