Actually, no. I don't have time to look up all the specific side effects right now, but there are numerous physiological problems associated with low T that would absolutely affect a man's abilities. Low bone density and loss of muscle are 2 that I can thing of off the top of my head.

I definitely think the real Joe Biden was senile, or at bare minimum, experiencing early signs of dementia. This is why I think they had a dude in a mask filling in for him in quite a few instances, as evidenced by the ever changing earlobes.

It's common knowledge that important leaders, even in smaller countries, use body doubles. Why would it be any different here? In fact, I would guess they have body doubles, masks, makeup artists, etc etc that all help to protect the safety and image of the president. If you are gonna doubt that I'd say you're exceedingly naive.
