Help me pick a combo amp !!

I am in need of a grab and go combo amp. I do a lot of sit in gigs / open jams , and I want something that gives me clean to dirty and everything in between if needed. I don't want to haul pedals , so I am leaning towards a modeler. 1x12 combo preferably, and an XLR direct out would be great. Right now , I have 3 amps on my radar.

Marshall Code 50 (highest on my radar)
Fender Mustang III V2
Boss Katana (never heard of it before this site , but folks are raging over it)

What say you , my guitar playing brethren!!??

The Katana, new Spyder series from Line 6 or maybe the new Peavey ones are what I'd suggest.

Studies show there are more people being sliced by the Katana than the Blades.

Seriously though I would normally recommend the Peavey Bandit in this situation but he likes FX, doesn't want pedals and......Katana. Hearing great things mostly about it and it's very affordable.
