herbert fuse/tube default

hello,

i got a herbert, which is right now about 4 months old. now i realized, that one of the lights for the tube/fuse default lights are burning. i checked the fuse and saw it is damaged. My question now, is it enough, to change the fuse? or do i need to change the tubes as well? if it is just the fuse, which one is the fitting one?

It´s a 0,5 amps slow blow European size.
I would replace the fuse and check out if
it will blow again.
Next step is changing a pair of tubes.
