I've been shopping for a Gibson ES335 and am ready to get one, just have to decide on satin, gloss, or figured gloss.
But as I'm reading up on the ES335 model differences I came across some beautiful looking semi hollow guitars made by
'Heritage".
From what I've read they are a guitar company that was started by ex-Gibson employee's who stayed in the original
Kalamazoo area and continued to make guitars in the same way as Gibson used to make guitars.

All of their guitars looks great, solid body, semi's, and hollow.
Their construction looks excellent more like what an American made guitar 'should' be build like.
The wood and finishes look nicer than most the Gibson ES335's I've seen.
And the prices are a good bit lower while also getting nicer looking woods.

Anyone have or played the Heritage H535 and/or H555 semi hollow's?
What are the necks like, are they like Gibson's 60's slim taper or like the older baseball bat necks?
I greatly prefer the slim taper necks and can't play the older thicker necks.
Heritage's website doesn't like the neck thickness

TIA for any info you can give.

I have not played one, but I know a couple guys that say they are amazing. They now buy the Heritage over Gibson.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with their guitars!

I have played many but haven't bought one yet, but will. They are well built Gibson's for less money. Especially on the used market. I have a friend that bought a semi hollow body and loves it.

I have a 535 and the neck is a medium C. Not as thin as a slim taper, more like the R0 1960 reissue shape. Definitely not like the thicker baseball bats.
