I paid $663.99 for my DSL40CR 1x12 combo;, brand new, shipped + taxes. At the time, they were $729.99 new.

Very pleased with it. Very good power scaling; classic and ultra gain channels; footswitch; effects loop. cleans up nicely with guitar volume.

I have it on an amp stand to reduce the bottom end / floor coupling.

If I was gigging dive bars playing hard rock, hair metal or thrash, I'd be using it.

The Fane M65 is really working well with mine. I also have some Mullards in the latter slots, which really give it a smoothed out, midrange present character. I love the clean channel in addition to the gain - which is a surprise.
