Hi Dave, I talked to you a couple of times about doing some work to my Marsha(#0024) and I'm having an issue with the HBE input, the sound is cutting in and out and I have to move the cable untill it starts working, it also has some intermittent noise. The problem is that 2 of my other amps that I use for rock/metal out getting modified and the Marsha is the only rock amp I have left and my other 3 ampsI have are not good for heavy rock. I write music for TV and I have deadlines. I know that you're probably swamped with work, but if the problem is a simple fix, how long would it usually take to service an amp? I talk to you about installing an Fx Loop and change the amp from 50 to 100 watts which I'm planning to it get done as soon as I get my other amps back. But for now I just need this problem fixed so I can get some work done. I'm not far from you, so I can drop the amp at your place.Just let me know. Thanks!

Well the problem is a bad BE jack. Spray some contact cleaner in that jack and shove a plug in and out. Might fix it. If not the BE jack needs replacing. See the HBE signal passes thru this jack.

Thanks Dave, I'll try that and let you what happens. I actually have some contact spray cleaner.

Thanks David, it worked!I should've done the to begin with! Now I can get back to work!! Your tha Man!!
