This really works well for low volume playing/bedroom amp showtime.
Going with lower wattage on ch1 with the gain cranked really has an awesome kerrang to the tone, like a modern Led Zeppelin
It's been a few months, so now the honeymoon OMG phase has passed. The bottom line is it is a fantastic amp- big diverse tones in a small package. Super fun feel, really inspiring to play. I spend most of my time on Blue; at band rehearsals I do NOT use a clean OD boost on most material (very rare for me). The separate gain control on green allow me to get crystal clean on gritty breakup which I like a lot. Jens has an especially great ear for clean channels IMO (The Jens-DMoll ch1 is unbelievable as well).
