Mike B. told me that there are not many HRG C++ out there. The amp is super clean, top condition, and epic! I just have more of them than I need, and I've been gassing for an ESP urban camo Hanneman so I could use the funds. That said I don't *need* to sell it but if the price is right... I think psychodave's $3200 is right on the money.

Oh and.. it has the X101 export transformer, but not the switch. Look at my avatar, it's the one on the bottom.

The HRG++ Dave had was my old amp. It is back in my possession now

I played my HRG++ for 3hrs today. That's the most time I've spent playing since my last gig, last summer.

2C++ is a very addicting experience.

Haven't had a C+ Coli but I have slaved my old SRG C+ into a Strategy and it is a HUGE wall of awesomeness, better if you can load the Strategy with all Sylvania 6L6s. But, I also slaved the C++ into a 2B Coli and that was just as awesome and maybe more 'single amp' like than the Strategy was. Hard to describe the difference since both rigs sounded great but there was a slight difference in favor of the slave to Coli feel. But if you have a chance to buy a Strategy I would recommend it. It is addicting to slave a C+ with.

Strategy 400 is just an overall great poweramp to have very versatile. Many uses.

Agreed. I have a later version that has both the volume and presence on the front. Then I added push lull depth lots for some added versatility. It’s a beast.
