Things have a funny way of unfolding..... now years later......


More Vietnamese live in CA/Orange County than in any other part of the world outside of Vietnam....... who vote largely Republican...... and remain loyal to Republicans and the United States of America..... but what do I know......



And America and Vietnam have more than friendly relations and Vietnam is almost a US partner pretty much...... who would have ever imagined that all those years ago after the war had ended......



Maybe it wasnt all glorious and and it was hell....... but hey some good came out of it and so much good we see now......


And what the troops did wasnt for nothing...... they did their jobs..... they followed their orders..... they did their best and better than anyone else could have and what was best for Americans and the United States of America.

I agree with what your saying that all men fall short of God......... we were all created equal...... in the image of God......


But no one is the same as the next person.... not everyone is as talented as the next person or can achieve the same level of excellence or performance as the next..... no one and nothing is perfect other than God......



And some are better than others, some offer more production, more skill, more talent, more drive and more value than the average person......that is what I believe..... and while I believe everyone is created equal...... we arent all the same.

Equal in the eyes of God. Unequal "under the sun", so to speak.

Yeah I mean.... we definitely arent all the same..... and no one is perfect either......



No one is perfect, but if we strive for perfection...... we can catch excellence..... and I learned that from an old wise man..... it didnt make sense at first..... but then I realized what he meant.



Maybe it's not everyones way but its my way and always has been ^_^

Also pretty weird what just happened....... after this God conversation...... and those who know me know yeah..... Im Catholic but Im not a very good one at that and I dont be going to church every Sunday......






So I went on an errand...... forgot my cellphone at the car...... after looking for it forever I figured I left it in the car......


My Dad had gotten in it though to pick up my little brother...... they came back..... looked for it everywhere in the car couldn't find it with a flashlight...... asked my Dad for his phone to call it.....


Now I kept hearing it vibrate in a certain spot but it wasnt there and tore up that whole section of the car looking for it...... so Im thinking how the hell is it here..... but its not in here...... :unsure:



And then it struck my mind.....



I get out of the car.... check the roof of the car..... and there it is..... my Dad drove about 25 miles before getting back home.... and the cellphone stayed on the roof of the car for the whole 25 miles......:dunno:



Now Im not a big Sunday Church guy.......but fuck me and what the hell is that....... Thank you Father, Son and the Holy Ghost and Hallelujah ^_^

Everyone has been given talents and skills, it's whether they choose to use them or not.

I agree, but still, you are weighing things which are material, not eternal. God doesn't care how much earthly production you are capable of or how much talent and drive you have. Every soul is valuable to the Lord, he doesn't weigh people by their worldly achievements.
