If you weren't so tragically uneducated, you might have been able to figure out that the bible was talking about genetics. Scripture actually says "SIDE" or one HALF of Adam was taken. That's why men have XY chromosomes and women are XX.

@MistaGuitah Wouldn't it be more constructive for you to try educating those who don't have the same knowledge background as you instead of constantly belittling them? Not everyone is afforded the opportunity of an expansive knowledge base. Truth and knowledge is a staple that can bring people together. By not helping others expand their learning and simply calling them stupid because they weren't granted the same educational opportunities seems like it would further add to the divide that's continually pulling people apart.

The original Hebrew term tsela actually means "side." It's translated in the bible as "rib," in English because the translators wanted to preserve consistency since the term is used elsewhere in the Old Testament with the meaning rib. However, like many English words, that term has different shades of meaning.

You're not understanding because you're missing two things. First, you should recognize that I respond like that when they brazenly act like they know things they don't. Second, they can't be taught because they despise instruction.
You should step back and ask yourself what they are in effect doing. Every time they interject in threads, mocking Christians for example, they are not only actinglike they know something about it but are acting like everyone who believes it is as dumb as they are.
I've tried to instruct but they're not receptive to it. You're suggesting that it would "be more constructive" if I tried educating them. Go ahead and try it yourself instead of criticizing me. I was a professional, licensed educator for 13 years so what makes you think you can lecture me about educating people?

Biblical scholars study the scriptures in their original languages. The bible was created so that people who don't know ancient Hebrew or Greek can read it. Dude, seriously, your ignorance is cartoonish. You really need to stop making a fool of yourself.

The English language is agreed amongst linguists to be 2,000 years old.
That's a 1,500 year gap.
For perspective, if the English language was created today in 2023, then the bible came out in 523.
