Equality ethics is a HUGE factor for me when judging evil vs less evil.
Probably the main reason I have been voting D most of my life.

I don't think I've voted D since 2008, personally. I watched a man rise to the top in what should have been seen as gotten passed the bs. Unfortunately I watched that same man get on television and disparage half of society time after time while completely ignoring little things like statistics or even obvious discrepancies in his bullshit. Then he had the audacity to scold society for not overwhelmingly voting for him after his reelection as if he had done anything other than create division.

Then we had Trump, vulgar and often without etiquette, but he certainly was no politician. I paid close attention to the media and other politicians gaslighting, warping of facts, and outright hypocrisy of the man and it has yet to stop. The poor me attitude and absolutely easy to refute lies the media and politicians followed up with made me sick. They knew their ship was sinking, and they did what they do best; divide. They have no shame whatsoever, and they do not represent liberalism, progressiveness, or anything positive in any meaningful way.

But everything's good now, we traded in a vulgar man who actually gave a fuck to some degree for a career politician, known plagiarizer, and low intelligence toolbag who has never done anything positive for anyone but himself. You can tell a lot about a person by the character of their children. This pos couldn't raise kids properly, but somehow should be running the show? He's certainly not "the lesser of two evils." And the media's attack on the former was a telltale sign of it.
