How do you use effect pedals in a Rack System - input level

I am just toying with my first wet/dry setup and could use some advice.

Im going line out of my modded Mojave into chorus->Delay->SS Samson 201a 1/4 input jack. At the moment there is no line level adjustment out of the Mojave as someone had taken it out, I am having that taken care of so I will have that to use in a few days. My question is, how is the input level dealt with when using rack amps? How do you properly setup the levels, is there something I should be using to adjust the input level other than the line level output? Since the line level output changes with the amps output volume are there any tricks for this so you dont have to worrying about adjusting it all everytime you play at different volumes? I was hoping to copy what I saw someone doing with the Matrix SS amp wet setup. I think it was a Friedman amp and video that I was watching. I do not have any rack effects so I am wanting to use just the current effects pedals I have.

I think Suhr makes a box that turns line level down to a more pedal friendly instrument level.

Others might be able to confirm this.

There is the Suhr mini mix but I'm not certain if that is
sure if that is the right thing to use. I also read about the EBtech line mixer, I see it can change the level back and forth for pedals and rack
effects but what's the best way to deal with the line output level to set it correctly? Would their be another product that would do it all?
