After 30+ yrs of fretting 10's with too much pressure, I'm scheduled for carpal tunnel surgery and learning to play with a lighter touch on 9's. Be careful my friends...

Jon Donias (Shadows Fall) current Anthrax has the lightest touch on leads. I saw Shadows Fall probably eight times. He uses 8's in standard and does some of the most delicate bends and vibrato I have ever seen.
