Hum Trimmer Replacement Woes

I need to replace the hum trimmer in an Einstein Combo. Original part is a Piher PTC-15LV02101A2020. http://www.piher-nacesa.com/pdf/15-PTC15v03.pdf I can't source the original part or find a decent replacement. I'm growing weary of looking. I'm guessing several people have replaced these trimmers. What's the best part to use? Many thanks for any help.

just use 2x 1-2 watt, 100 Ohm and 47-82 Ohm. they handle the sparks from the tubes better than those trimmers.
