That’s been my understanding as well.

I’m glad I finally got this amp in with him, it’s still sounding as fantastic as ever.
I had him convert a drg to HRG and give it the full works and ++ mod last year; it’s a keeper
And a Scott shell

Mike is the best there is, he did my c+ to a ++ and full maintenence in like a week and cheaper than I would have imagined. There will be no one on his level to take his place. Also super nice to talk to. Rich Duvall was a condescending prick, just rude to me for no reason. Like it was a hassle to him to set up an rma. Fuck that guy.

That's exactly how I felt about Rich, total douche.

Me three. Years ago I ordered 8 Siemens EL34s but received only 7!!! At the time and as they are now, they were only sold in pairs so you bought two or multiples of two. In my order I received 3 'official' Mesa dual tube boxes and a lone EL34 in an unmarked singles box. When I called to complain Rich said something to the effect of, "yeah I guess we'll have to believe you and we'll send a replacement, this time". :gethim:
