I recall them running about $350 back in the early 90's. Right now it seems like 800-1200 is the going rate. 12x16 shack, 8 Twins for the long sides, 6 for the short sides minus a door, about five rows high plus a roof. 100k should get it done at which point the Nuge wishes he was me.
