Drop G# is one of my favorite tunings for sure. Just wait till you find drop F

I used to call everything below drop A "Drop J tuning". It's when you tune so low that the notes don't matter anymore. It's all just mud.

So my guitars regular 6 strings are tuned a half step down . As is my 7th ( now B flat ). Then my 8 is e flat . So my 8th is now literally in dropped E flat
