This is not making any sense to me Dan.

I suppose you may have left this thread. I've always tried to give you the benefit of the doubt - but I'm not sure I'll ever be able to do that again. The statements in bold are just mind numbing to me. Don't worry about responding. It won't make any difference. The only thing that you could say that would make any sense would be if you told me you were laying on a thick coat of sarcasm.
For myself, my family migrated here to the United States of America legally. Most came from Germany about 250 years ago. They traveled to Nebraska and built farms. I also have a little Native American Indian in me. My grandfather went on to college and became the Chief Editor of a medium sized city newspaper after serving in WWII. My other grandfather was in the Navy at that time as well. So these grandfathers decided to have kids that went on to have kids (me). So when you say I (someone) doesn't have more of a right to be here than an illegal immigrant or that I (we) did nothing to enjoy the privilege of being an American is fricken obtuse. I may not have served in the military but I pay a shit ton of taxes. Tax on sales commissions are almost 40%. That's my reward being successful.
That's not a question BTW.
Military occupation is a pretty strong interpretation and a mischaracterization IMO. So State and Fed govs are supposed to stand down? If what
@watson503 posted this morning is correct, I don't know how anyone can defend people attacking ICE/Nat Guard for tracking down those who are here illegally. These people have been given plenty of warning and plenty of chances to leave on their own. There's an app for that.
