I'd merge a 'boosted modded Recto' into Rhythm 2 of my MarkIV, and set it so I could run two amp channels at the same time.

I think the rational behind why people want certain want their choices of amps is as is interesting to me as the choices themselves.
I could settle for just the herbert if I wanted to play my preference of heavy metal tones, but its never going to nail that David Gilmore sound. I was just listening to the live version of "fly on you crazy diamond" yesterday, such simple melodies but sounding so liquid...the kind of tone that takes people away on a journey when they listen...no hallucinogens required.
