"Cliffs Of Dover" is a 335 for most of the song, the Strat comes in at 2:45 for the "solo" break.

And it was the solo for "Another Brick In The Wall PTII" that Gilmour used a Les Paul direct into the board for, not "Comfortably Numb".
Most of the rigs I'd want to play through have already been covered, namely Gilmour's Pulse rig and EVH's Balance rig. EJ's rig on the Total Electric Guitar vid, man....that'd be a treat. Still my favorite Fuzz Face sound ever, during the intro when he steps on that bastard....oh man, fucking love it.
Jerry Cantrell's live rig for AIC's last couple tours. Easily one of the best live tones I've ever heard. Granted, it's the FOH guys that figure it out, I've never heard one guitarist fill an arena with sound like that, definitely on par with Gilmour's tone filling a stadium, which is what made me want to play to begin with.
Petrucci's rig on the Falling Into Infinity tour, IIRC, it was mostly Dual Rec's and he got that huge Mesa tone for the rhythm stuff, which was definitely lacking in their live sound previously.
