I can Honestly say that Devin Townsend is probably
my Favorite Musician for the present time.
I've been listening to all of his work from his
1st Album, all the way up.
I came across this Gem while I was in a somber
mood and it just put me into a Hypnotic state
that I couldn't explain.....It's like I left the Earth
for a little while, what an experience!!!
I'd recommend only listen to this if you're
looking for something MELLOW...this isn't one
of his Heavy one's.

There is a reason Devin is one of the most fanboy inducing artists. He is amazing. I love his solo stuff and I love SYL to a fanatical degree \m/ He is one artist that has the ability to musically convey a vast array of emotion and not just hit on one note all the time. Even when he does something I don't like; it's still awesome haha!

i love some of Dev's work for sure. the first song i liked was "Love" (SYL).

nowadays i listen to maybe 3 songs consistently:

1) numbered - truly a religious experience to hear.
2) Supercrush! - i just love that song.
3) Awake - i just like it.....especially the heavier riffs.

those three songs just do it for me. simple songs to play, but serious emotional response.
