Could be the way the wood took the stain, can't tell plus I doubt that guitar has a two piece body for the price.

Congrats for the amazing guitar, man! If I were to order a Suhr, I'd probably choose that color with matching headstock, maple fretboard with offside abalone dots and a low profile FR. Amazing guitar!

Cam today and it plays beautifully 
This and my S3 are the most comfy guitars I've ever owned or played, amazing, can't put them down
Will get it cranked through my live rig on Sunday (Cornford MK50, Cornford 4x12 V30's, Line 6 M13) so a tone report will follow.
It's a lot darker than the pics but I knew that already cos of the S3 but bengal is a LUSH colour

how do you like the M13? Are you running it in 4 cable method with your Cornford? I picked one up and am running it 4CM with my Uber. I think its a great box to add to any halfstack. The delays and verbs are excellent.

Yes, 4 cable method with the Cornford and I'm more than happy with it
Great bit of kit and so easy to use, been gigging it for about six months and love it.
