Introducing OPUS

hi! I got the opus a couple of months ago, and the revolt guitar a few weeks after that. and now I've swapped out my rig in favour of these two excellent pedals. my band uses in-ear monitoring due to huge walls of amps and cabinets, which became risk of tinnitus etc, I guess we all can relate to this..
I just got a frfr cabinet from Hesu and a power amp and this setup is the best sounding rig I ever played in my 25+ years of playing the guitar.
and let me assure you, I am extremely picky when it comes to tone.
but I ran into a problem when using both the xlr on the opus going to the mixer and then to IEM, and the line out going to the power amp and to the cabinet. the volume knob adjusts both xld and line out, causing the cabinet to play too low, or the mixer to clip due to way too loud signal.
Is there a way to adjust the volume on both outputs ? or controlling the line out while the xlr is at a set volume ?
this is a luxury problem, but still would be awesome if being able to use both cabinet and xlr without the volume issues.

thanks in advance!

Hi Josh, Thanks for getting in touch. There is no independent volume control for the different outputs on OPUS, however what Poweramp are you using? Ideally you should send a non-clipping normalised line level signal to both your mixer and the poweramp and control the volume feeding your IEMs and FRFR cabinet (respectively) via the connected devices. If you can let us know what poweramp you are using, we can certainly advise further. Thanks so much!

The poweramp is a hotone loudster.
Thank you so much for your input!

Thanks for getting back to me and confirming this. As this Poweramp doesn't feature a level control for the input stage, sending an optimised / normalised / non-clipping signal to the Poweramp will be very important to leverage all the power the Poweramp has on tap. As such, I would suggest following my previous comments and using the volume controls on both the Mixer and Poweramp to control your in-the-room volume. Please let me know if this helps and if you need anything else, I am here to assist!
