Is a 'Humbuster' cable just a TS to TRS cable?

I am using a real amp that needs a TS cable and the processor i'm using to change channels needs a TRS. Tried my humbuster cable and it did not work, however a TRS on both end but partially pulled out of one jack to create a TS end did work.

Just curious about the Humbuster cable design and if it is different from a TRS to TS cable you might make or buy

This image of a fractal humbuster seems like your question may be a reality, maybe some specific shielding added to make it a humbuster? Interesting
