Is the death of the dollar near?

I'd be careful if I were you. It's probably a ruse to lure you in and give you a savage beating to death. We've all witnessed how hateful and bloodthirsty he his towards non-Australians; especially Americans.
He sent me a video of him driving, very wildly and out of control, on his Harley. Swinging nunchucks in the air, making random noises. Unhinged!

Other countries don't back their currencies with the dollar.

I think you are confusing that other countries hold US dollars in their central banks as a reserve currency. That is different than being backed by the dollar. World central bank's hold gold and a variety of currencies as well.
 
Man, by nature, is easily mislead. We live our lives in the blink of an eye.
That blink is probably even faster when you harbor deep anger and massive envy at the same time for a country you aren't even a part of.
