shot gunned the electrolytic caps on my boogies tonight. i have a big pile of spent caps here that are "original parts", but totally useless now. is there any real reason to keep these around? does it really matter to anyone on the resale market (just in case...cuz ya never know)if the original parts are included in a little baggy?

Nice did you get the radial caps as well ?

mine already had those done like 10 yrs ago, along with a few orange caps, the bias caps, a few resistors etc, but not a full recap.
i just did the big blue caps, and the rest of the electroytics tonight.

Easy answer? No.

I've sold 10-15 amps that Mike B. has re-capped & serviced for me, and not once has anyone asked for the original parts.

I do always include the service receipt, I figure that's more important for resale.

i'll just keep the parts invoice. cool thing tho... all of the parts prices on the invoice are way cheaper than what is listed on the web site . for example the 220uf 300v long blue filter caps are $10.10 each on the web site, and 6 bucks on the invoice.

With vintage (pre 1970) Marshalls, yes. Boogies? Right now, no; but who knows if in the future buyers will want those?
