Isolation Transformer for an amp?(ground loop noise)

Are there any Isolation transformers out there that completley get rid of ground loop noise for guitar amps?
 
This is the amp that was shocking you right? I think you have more going on there than a ground loop problem. If the amp makes noise when you plug direct into the amp with no other effects or any electical stuff connected then it's not a ground loop, it's the amp.
