Okay, I just don't get what is going on with this thing.. It says in the manual to plug the guitar into the input and then plug the out put to the input of my amp and then put channel one in the effects loop of my amp.. Problem is, I get a really nasty ground hum when I put it into the effects loop.. Anyway, I tried the ground lift switches in the back and it doesn't do anything at all.. I tried just lifting the ground on one of the cables and still no fix.. Any help?

there are two versions of the prorack the prorack g that is supposed to be used for one channel in front of the amp and the other in the loop and I think what you described the mod version that is intended for use with two separate amps. maybe... that is the cause of the issue? just a guess but for what its worth..
