ISP Decimator Rack Noise Gate with Axe Fx Ultra

would you need an ISP decimator pro G rack noise gate with the axe fx ? just to kill that last it of noise in there, would it work you think ?

Yes it will work but if you need a Decimator with the Axe then something is wrong. :(

It would work fine, but you definitely do not need it. The Axe itself has all the noise reduction you'd ever need...

You definitely do NOT need any kind of external noise reduction unit with an Axe Fx.

I love the Decimator and I highly recommend it in any of the rigs I setup....however the AxeFx does NOT need it.
You have the Ultra, so if you feel you need more noise reduction then put a Gate block immediately after the Amp block. In my opinion it doesn't get any better even with the brutally high amount of gain I use :)

Thats a great idea.

The noise gate in the AXE is very good so no sell it on ebay and make some of your money back.
