All of those things either aren’t happening or are being reversed.

seems even fake news takes awhile to get to the Shire.

libtards fleeing the dystopian cesspools they created love idyllic quaint Shires and the simple folk that live there, so they can destroy it too, just like where they left.

enjoy your cultural enrichment.
It’s just a bunch of small nyc fish looking a smaller pond to feel important in. Most get bored quickly and move on thankfully

don't worry; they'll start staying; then more will come until they takeover. like orcs leaving Mordor
They have certainly done a number on the housing market. I do see a small change in it going back to normal though. The Covid panic is over

You should maybe come over here and check out the modern American homeless population.
I know about it... especially in LA. However a lot of this is as a consequence of having less safety nets for people and wealth inequality. I hate socialism and communism as much as anyone but I do think there has to be some sort of balance or you end up with what you see there. If you give people too much of a safety net there's no incentive to work. Not enough and you end up with people that just had some sort of blip of misfortune out on the streets losing everything.

sounds like an invitation, I think Trump should offer to send our homeless to Australia. :D

The mentally ill need to be treated, and stop being celebrated. It's creeping into normal society and it is not good.
Same for drug use and crime.

As much as I absolutely agree, when you have a big society, you will have X numbers in these categories. Some are in all 3.

But that doesn't mean we should loosen the laws to accommodate them. We need policies that make sense, that deter and rehabilitate.

This is America, we can have streets full of homeless that want to work AND lazy people collecting government checks to stay out of work, at the same time

says the guy popping 25mg gummies
I do that within the safe confines of my own home.
Pretty sure you know that people aren't homeless because they are taking weed gummies.
Nice strawman though

Not what a strawman is, but whatevs.

Let’s pretend we both follow the same grammatical rules and talk about alcohol. Its recreational. It has certainly put people on the streets.
Is it really the “drug” you have a problem with “creeping into neighborhoods”

One of the leading causes of homelessness is drug addiction. And it's not fucking weed gummies.
Stop being dumb.
